What began as a passion for the fandom evolved into a career focused on building strong relationships between conventions and the actors, creators, and personalities fans love. In his work prior to founding Fanverse Agency, Jed handled high-volume booking operations, negotiated appearance agreements, and ensured smooth communication between talent and event organizers. Fanverse Agency was created with one clear mission: to elevate the convention experience by connecting fans and talent through memorable, meaningful engagements - whether through live appearances, virtual signings, or unique interactive opportunities.

Katie Topolsky

I oversee the full convention experience for our actors: from booking through travel, on-site support, and their return home. I manage schedules, coordinate with convention teams, and handle all travel and accommodation logistics to ensure smooth, well-organized appearances. I also partner with our talent to develop unique merchandise ideas that strengthen fan engagement and support their personal brand. My goal is to provide a seamless experience so our talent can focus on connecting with fans while I take care of the operational and creative details.

Shelby Orlando

I lead both the creative branding and on-site talent coordination for the agency. I design official autograph graphics and develop social media promotional content to support our actors’ visibility and convention marketing. As Lead Handler Coordinator, I work directly behind the table with talent, escort them to photo ops, panels, and appearances, and coordinate handler teams to ensure smooth scheduling, clear communication, and a seamless fan experience throughout each event.
